Foot & Ankle Conditions

The human foot is a very mechanical structure, containing 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than a hundred muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Due to the size and complexity of these bones, feet are prone to several types of injuries. Together, with the ankle, they are two of the most commonly injured areas among athletes and the physically active.

Traditional options for patients suffering from foot and ankle injuries or pain, can include ankle replacement, tendon transfers (moving a tendon from one place and sewing it onto to a different place), or ankle arthroscopy. Our regenerative procedures can provide a simple, out-patient, natural alternative, to potentially risky surgeries that also require a long recovery period.
