Live Better with Complete Care from KOPI

We are always evaluating new treatments that may improve the lives of patients struggling with pain and musculoskeletal disorders. The emerging field of regenerative medicine has now allowed us to expand the spectrum of treatment options from traditional pain management protocols.  This allows us to help naturally heal a variety of orthopaedic injuries, including arthritis, tendonitis, and many other degenerative conditions.  We can treat many of these issues with your own existing stem cells, enhancing your body's healing power, and helping you avoid possibly more invasive and higher risk procedures, such as surgery.

LETTER FROM THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Are you a candidate for regenerative medicine?
Have your healthcare practicioner complete our form today!

Over a decade ago, we opened the doors at KOPI. The thousands of patients we’ve treated in that time have helped us to create a well-established plan for the treatment of pain. The Pentagon, as we like to call it, is a five point treatment plan that includes: Sleep, Psychology, Movement Modalities, Medications and Interventions.  Our role as physicians at KOPI is to educate and treat our patients based on this multidimensional treatment model.  More specifically though, it is through this process that we are able to modify, modulate and disrupt the transmission of a pain signal to the brain.  We do this with anti-inflammatories, anti-depressants, anti-seizure medications, sodium channel blocker's, opioids, cannabinoids, NMDA receptor antagonism and in the extreme, thermal injury to nerves.

Our enthusiasm for regenerative injection therapy stems from the fact that for virtually the first time, we now have a tool that works at the underlying cause of pain. At its root, most pain is caused by the onset of osteoarthritis. So, by using mesenchymal stem cells, we can help change the balance between an anabolic (build up) and a catabolic (breakdown) state by concentrating regenerative cells in a target area that is experiencing breakdown. If we can help the root cause, it obviates the need for all of our other measures. Our initial results are incredibly encouraging, and we couldn't be more excited about the opportunity to help our patients heal naturally, and hopefully - surgery free.

Sincerely,
